Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused, in the same condition as received

In their original packaging

With all seals intact (for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the seal has been broken)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Contact us at returns@venturjewelry.com to request a return authorization and instructions.

You will receive a return label by email. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and will either be prepaid by you or deducted from your refund.

Pack the item securely (preferably in its original packaging) and send it back to:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at complaint@venturjewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution (repair, replacement, or refund).

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return as above. Once the return has been received and approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@venturjewelry.com.
Uncollected Packages
Packages that are not collected within the carrier’s deadline will automatically be returned to us. A handling fee of 150 NOK will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administration costs.
