🛃 Duties, Taxes & Customs
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
This means all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are included in your purchase price — no additional charges upon delivery.

🕊️ Order Processing & Tracking

Processing Time: Orders are meticulously prepared and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Tracking: Once your order departs our atelier, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.
🛎️ Delivery Experience

DHL Express Delivery: Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM local time.

Should you be unavailable, DHL will provide instructions to reschedule or arrange for convenient pickup.
- Note that for packages which aren´t picked up, we´ll charge 150 NOK to cover shipping and handling.
